Perform engg. duties to plan, design & oversee construction & maintenance of building structures & facilities, irrigation projects, & water & sewage systems. Plan & design construction projects using AutoCAD civil 3D,MicroStation, Open bridge, RISA. Develop hydrologic/hydraulic models of stormwater runoff & design stormwater mgmt systems. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets. Review & approve engg. drawings, specc. & contracts. Require: Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, or Construction Mgmt., or foreign equiv.
