Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in residential, commercial, and industrial communities in coordinating gas and electric service installations.
  • Collaborate with customers, installers, and engineers to provide high level customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple work orders simultaneously making sure deadlines are met.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their work orders and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Review customer applications, ensuring accurate and complete form submissions.
  • Conduct on-site visits to meet with customers and address any installation-related issues.
  • Maintain consistency and organization of documents related to work orders and installations.
  • Attend weekly meeting calls to discuss workorders and provide project updates.
  • Schedule installations in an efficient and timely manner, considering customer preferences and resource availability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of project management experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of electric and construction principles is preferred. On the job training provided.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Must have access to a personal vehicle for transportation
  • A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer service focus, ensuring customers' needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle any challenges or obstacles that arise during installations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • The ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team, fostering a positive work environment.
