You can’t build until you’re where you want to build.

Looking to establish a Wisconsin presence by building three facilities covering more than 120,000 square feet each, Foxconn relied on Kapur to establish the roads needed to access its industrial development.

For the world’s largest contract manufacturer of electronics to create its vision, Kapur provided planning, preliminary design, and final design for STH 11, CTH KR, Braun Road, CTH H, Wisconn Valley Way, and International Drive, as well as the design for two box culverts and a complete stormwater management plan for the areas that were developed for each phase of the project.
