Kapur increased its standing on the annual Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplaces list, advancing from No. 5 to No. 4 in the Midsize Company category for 2025.

In addition to being named No. 4 out of 68 companies with a staff size between 150-499, Kapur once again earned the rare Founders Status, given only to those who’ve earned a place on the list every year since the publication began recognizing the top workplaces in southeast Wisconsin 16 years ago.

To earn accolades, organizations must receive top marks across several categories on anonymous employee surveys related to leadership, employee engagement, career opportunities, workplace culture, compensation, benefits, the impact company policies have on morale, and other positive traits that contribute to a great work environment.

The complete list, as well as additional information on Kapur’s selection, is available here.
